Specifying the Main Tray Settings for Printing Envelopes
1.
On the printer control panel, press the
System
button.
2.
To select Tray Settings, press the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
3.
At
Main Tray
, press
OK
.
4.
Select
Paper Type
using the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
5.
Select
Envelope
using the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
6.
Press the
Return
button once.
7.
Select
Paper Size
using the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
8.
Select the desired envelope size using the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
9.
To return to the Ready screen, press
Return
.
Printing Envelopes From an Application
1.
With the desired document or graphic open in your application, open the
dialog box. For most
software applications, click
File
>
or press
CTRL+P
.
2.
Select your printer, then click
Properties
to open the print driver dialog box.
3.
Make selections from the driver tabs as desired, beginning with settings in the Paper/Output tab.
4.
Click
OK
in the Properties window, then click
OK
in the Print window.
