Service Parts Disassembly

Drum Heater Relay Board (PL5.0.17)

Warning

This board is supplied with 120 VAC, shut off printer power and 
disconnect the power cord before starting this procedure. 

1.

Remove the Right Side Cover (page 8-5).

2.

Disconnect all connections to the board.

3.

Remove 2 screws securing the board to the chassis.

4.

Remove the Drum Heater Relay Board.

Replacement Note

Ensure that no wires are routed behind the Drum Heater Relay Board 
during reinstallation. Install and torque the 2 screws to 12 in. lbs. 
Reconnect all connections.
