Clearing Paper Jams

Phaser® 6300/6350 Color Laser Printer

5.

Load the paper in Tray 1 (MPT). 

■

Verify that the paper is clean and not stuck together. 

■

Do not load the paper above the fill line. 

■

Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper. 

Misfeed at Trays 2-5

To clear the misfeed:

1.

Pull the tray specified on the control panel completely out of the printer.

2.

Remove any crumpled paper from the tray.
