The
Jobs
tab is not present on the Phaser 3320DN/3320DNI unless RAM disk is enabled. The Job
Management page provides information about active, stored and secure print jobs.
Click the links in the left hand menu to see your jobs. The options are:

Active Jobs
•
Stored Print
•
Secure Print
To view the
Job Management
page
1.
At your workstation, open the web browser and enter the
IP Address
of the machine in the
Address Bar.
2.
Press
Enter
.
3.
Select the
Jobs
icon.
4.
To view the status of current jobs at the machine select the
Active Jobs
link. To delete an active
job, select the required job and press the
Delete
button.
5.
To view the status of Sample Print jobs, select the
Stored Print
link.
6.
To view the status of Secure Print jobs, select the
Secure Print
link.
