FaxCentre F116/F116L

GP 7 Packing and transport of the machine

When you need to transport the machine, always use the original packing material. If you do not
pack the machine correctly, you risk invalidating the warranty.

1 - Set the power switch of the machine to “O” (Off).
2 - Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, then disconnect all cables con-

nected to the machine.

3 - Remove all the document and paper trays, including the paper feed tray. If your

machine has the optional second paper feed tray installed, remove it and keep it.

4 - Pack the document and paper trays in their original plastic bags and packing boxes.

Pack the machine in its original plastic cover and place it in the original packing box
together with the accessories (trays, documentation, etc.).

5 - Seal the packing box with adhesive tape.
