Coding a complex form
This chapter reviews the commands discussed earlier in this
guide and it also illustrates a sample form along with the entire
forms source library (FSL) that created it. Enter the commands as
shown in the sample FSL to produce the form.
Getting started
In this section you can practice entering the forms description
language (FDL) commands that instruct the LPS to accurately
produce a sample form. Refer to command definitions discussed
earlier in this guide as needed.
You must be familiar with the 4850 or 4890 LPS Editor utility or
the editor at your host.
The sample form that you will create is shown in figure 6-1. The
illustration of the sample form is reduced in size; your form will
be actual size.
