There is paper jammed in the printer.
Clear paper jam. See
“Clearing Paper
Jams”
(page 6-8).
The paper jam sensors are stuck or
worn.
Check for obstructions in paper path.
The paper tray was removed while a job
was printing.
Do not remove paper tray during
printing process.
If problem persists, contact your dealer
or Xerox/Rank Xerox for technical
support.
