Jam At Tray/Remove Tray 2 (Duplex Jam 2)
Paper Jam between the Duplex Feed Rollers and the Registration Rollers.

Duplex Sensor. Is the sensor operational?
Go to Step 3. Replace Duplex
Sensor.

Inspect the Duplex Assembly. Is any paper
wrapped around the Duplex rollers?
Remove
obstruction and
clean rollers.
Go to Step 4.

Is the Duplex Roller operational (rotates freely
without binding)?
Go to Step 5. Replace Duplex
Assembly.

properly without binding?
