Remove 2 screws, one at each end of the Tray 1 Pick Up Rack, and unsnap the 
rack with the 2 bushings that secure the rack to the Tray 1 Feed Roller Shaft.

Remove 1 screw on the right side of the printer that secures the bracket over the 
right end of the Feed Roller Shaft. Remove the bracket and the Tray 1 Gear.
