Hold the SIMM (1) with the connection points pointing toward the
control board, and insert the SIMM all the way into the connector at
a 90
o
angle.

Rotate it down until it snaps into place.
Make sure both metal clips (1) on the connector are fastened and the two
pins on the connector are pushed through the holes on the SIMM.

Replace the bottom panel and secure with screws.

Turn the printer back over and replace the image cartridge.

Pull out the tray and stacker extenders.

Reconnect the printer cable and power cord and turn the printer on.
