2.System Connection Setting
Do connection setting for the first time to run software.
Otherwise the connection may got malfunction.
2.1 Run Hotel Lock System Networked
Software might give a message to
remind you to create the database
the first time to run it.
2.2 Open System Connection Setting
2.3 For regular users, please create database
directly by click ‘Create database’. For some reasons
if you need SQL database, please change selection.
2.4 Click ’Save’.
2.5 Click ’test’ if necessary.
If you want to import database(backup database or shared
database), please click 'Browse' to select proper location.
4.1 Login

1. Installation of Software&Server
a. Install software(Hotel Lock System) and server(Xentral) from
software CD.
b. It is recommended that both of applications be installed NOT
in disk C the system drive.
Xentral
3.Build Connection
Run ‘Xentral’.
Xentral is a smal tool that make building connection.
Run it after installation for the first time then exit.
For common users, Hotel Lock System Networked and
Xentral is recommended to be installed in same PC.
4. Verify Connection.
Xentral should also run with Hotel Lock System Networked
AUTOMATICALLY ,
when exit software, Xentral should also exit AUTOMATICALLY .
Please make sure of this before further settings.
NOTE: In certain conditions, please install and run above
application
