Will the system join an existing network or will it be on it’s own network?
If joining an existing network, Connect the WAN port of the
X-50
to the current network. It will then act as
both a WAN and a LAN. Also, if there is more than one wireless device make sure that they are not all using
the same channel.
Joining an existing Local Area Network
If the system is going to be a standalone system, with isolated cables for VoIP, there is no need to connect it
to the Internet, except for remote programming.
