1. The device does not turn on.
Check the power source.
2. The device does not turn on/ o automatically.
The reason for this can be a constant power supply in the car cigarette
lighter socket.
3. The device restarts while driving.
Check the power source.
4. The device does not record in a loop (or records randomly).
Check the "motion detection" and "parking mode" settings, both of which
should be switched o while driving.
5. The application shows the message "Memory full".
Check the "G-sensor" and "parking mode" features and set them to a minimum.
Format the card in FAT32 format first on your computer and then in your DVR.
6. The device records noise or distorted, blurred sound .
The device has a highly sensitive microphone that records any noise from the
environment. Recorded sounds can overlap. Windshield air supply can also
distort sound.
7. The device is not responding.
Briefly press the RESET button or restore the device to factory settings.
