4. 

Verify IR Receiver. 

Remove the power supply from the 
connecting block and all Emitters from 
the output. Place a jumper wire on the 
connecting block between IR Signal and 
GND. Reconnect the Power Supply. 
With a known good hand-held remote, 
shoot a constant IR Command at the 
receiver and verify the TB LED on the
