How To Install/Replace Fuse
1) Locate the Fuse Holder inside the battery compartment under the foot board on the
inside.
2) Turn scooter off at the switch on the left handlebar.
3)) Remove the Seat Post.
4) Remove screws from foot board and remove to expose batteries and controller.
5) Attached to the Battery there are Black and Red wires. Follow the Red wire to the Fuse
Holder.
6) Open the Fuse Holder and remove the 25 Amp Fuse and replace with new.
***Note there may be a Spark when you install the fuse. This is normal.
7) While you have the Foot Board off it is a good idea to take a look and confirm all
connections are secure to the Controller and the Charger Port.
8) Re-install Foot Board.
9) Charge Batteries. Follow directions on Page 10 of Handbook.
How To Start Scooter
When starting the scooter be sure the fuse in in scooter. Please make sure the battery is
charged. When ready to start scooter squeeze left brake handle while starting scooter.
There is a safety switch in the left brake handle to start scooter.
How To Install Seat Post
1) Remove the small black plug in the seat post receiver. It might be pushed down inside.
This happens during shipping and is normal.
2) After you remove the plug, you may want to squeeze the post back together a little bit.
This will ensure the clamp fits tight.
3) Now you need to put the clamp on the receiver.
4) Next, insert the seat post into the receiver.
5) Now tighten the clamp and you should be ready to go.
How To Adjust Drive Belt Tension
1) To set the belt tension, loosen the axle nuts.
2) Then locate the belt tension bolts. These bolts go from the rear axle to the frame.
3) When you tighten the nuts on these bolts, they pull the whole axle and wheel back,
tightening the belt.
4) Adjust the belt until there is very little deflection when pushing down in middle of your
belt.
5) These bolts also controls wheel alignment, be sure to center the wheel in the center of
