TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
SOLUTION
The sensor cannot be connected to the motor.
The sensor must be connected to the motor as a "2nd remote
control".
The sensor does not control the motor.
Make sure the buttons on the remote control are pressed
firmly to close the awning. If not, delete all of the remote
controls, first pair the remote control, and then the sensor.
The awning/pergola will not close in windy conditions
Check the set values and compare them with the actual
values. Reduce the wind value.
The awning/pergola opens when the sun is shining.
The actual solar radiation must be greater than the set value.
The awning/pergola does not respond.
Measurement values are too narrow and cancel each other
out if necessary. The sensor is not connected properly to the
awning. If the red LED lights up or the awning has beeped at
the end of programming
After being connected, the awning opens when the wind
rises, instead of closing.
The direction of rotation of the remote control/wind sensor is
incorrectly set. Change the direction of rotation as described
on page 6.
The sun sensor does not close the awning/pergola after it
has been connected.
To test, leave the awning/pergola in place until the end of the
day. As soon as the sun goes down, the awning should retract
automatically. Then adjust the setting to reduce the awning
projection.
