Polling mode 

  Pressing SELECT/PRINT Key will send response 

  Receiving (ASCII Character ‚H‘) will bring instrument to HOLD-MODE. 

  Receiving (ASCII Character ‚P‘) will send data to port (response) 

 
 
Timing of data exchange 

  Immediately after receiving command, response will be sent. 

  During the data transmission (response) the open drain signal (RTS) will be held low
