Install the
saved spacers
(figs. 5A-B).

Applying pressure to the top plate, reinstall it with the
saved washers and lock nuts (fig. 6A), making sure all
lock nuts are securely tightened.
Note: The new insert will compress to take on the form
of the old one.
Note: Replace worn nuts as needed.
