Machine turns on but it does not
draw any water or there is not
sufficient pressure.
The water inlet is loose.
Retighten the water inlet.
The filter screen is missing. (See Fig.
J1, J2)
Contact Worx service agent to get a
filter screen.
The filter screen is blocked. (See Fig.

Clean the filter screen regularly.
Machine does not start.
The battery pack is not attached well.
Reinstall the battery pack.
Battery pack is not charged.
Replace with a new battery pack or
recharge the battery pack.
Defective battery.
Replace with a new battery pack.
Machine stops automatically.
Battery pack is empty.
Replace with a new battery pack or
recharge the battery pack.
Machine does not draw any
water after long time storage.
Additional air could be sucked into the
machine.
It is recommended to pour water directly
into the hose adapter with the machine
turned on to empty the air. Ensure water
sprays out of the nozzle before working.
Machine sprays improperly.
Nozzle is clogged, hose is partially
disconnected, or fluid in tank is low.
Clean the filter. Check hose connections
and make sure there is sufficient fluid
in the tank.
Machine is “spitting”.
Liquid in tank is too thick to spray out.
Empty the tank, clean both the tank and
filter, then try again. Make sure that all
liquid used in the sprayer are as thin as
water.
Spraying performance is weak.
Filter needs to be cleaned.
Solution is too thick.
