To test the Speed Control Board, use a digital Volt/Ohm meter set the dial to the ACV setting (ACV 200-1000 on a non auto-ranging
meter). With the Red probe from the meter, touch the circuit tab on

with the black probe touch the

If the AC voltage coming into the board is correct (115/230 ACV) but there is no power coming out, the speed control board
will need to be replaced.
