With the probes inserted into the plug, set the belt speed control at 0, the meter should read zero or close to it. Then turn the
belt speed to 100, the meter should now read 90vdc. If the reading is 0 regardless of speed control setting its now time to open
the top of the dryer. There are 4 screws on the top and 2 on either side just above the vent doors, lift off the top of the dryer and
set it to the side (Image 13 and 14)
