Step 9:
When the exposure time ends turn the vacuum
switch to the off position. Release the latch handle
and very slowly lift the lid to release the air.
Opening
the lid slowly is very critical
, because the screen
could potentially be pressurized to the top of the lid
and if lifted too quickly it could fall and break the
glass.
Next, take the screen to be washed out in a sink to be
developed.
