Operation
●
The operator must use the unit in accordance with the
regulations. He/she must take local conditions into account and
be aware of other people, especially children, when operating the
unit.
●
The unit may only be used by authorized persons who have
received training or have demonstrated their ability to operate the
unit. The unit must not be operated by children or juveniles
(danger of accidents due to incorrect use of the unit). Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
●
This machine can be used by people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the machine in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
●
The unit must never be left unsupervised while the unit is
switched on.
●
The water jet from the high-pressure nozzle produces a recoil
on the gun. You should therefore hold the gun and spray
lance firmly with both hands.
Transport
●
Switch off the motor and secure the unit before
transporting.
Maintenance
●
Switch off the unit prior to all cleaning and maintenance
work and before replacing components. Pull out the mains
plug if the unit is mains-operated.
●
Repairs may only be carried out by authorised
WORCRAFT Service Centres.
Accessories and spare parts
●
Accessories and spare parts which have been approved
by WORCRAFT must be used. Original accessories and
spare parts guarantee that the unit can be operated safety
and without any breakdowns.
ASSEMBLY
CAUTION!
Before assembly, please be sure the power switched
off and the plug removed from the socket.
Assembling wheels (See Fig 3)
Align the wheels shaft with the hole on the rear housing and press
them down.
Assembling accessories rack (See Fig 4)
Install the accessories rack on the rear housing and fix four
screws (size: 4x16mm).
Assembling hose reel and long handle (See Fig 5)
Fix the coil plates and reel fixed mount on the sides of the reel.
(See Fig 5, a)
Insert the rocker into the right end of the winding barrel and fix it
to the deepest point. (See Fig 5, b)
Attach the handle bracket shaft to the handle and tighten the
screw. (size: 4x16mm). (See fig.5, c-d-e).
Slide the reel long handle to the machine (See Fig 10), and fix
four screws(size:4x22mm). (see fig.5,f-g)
Assembling gun hook and cable hook (See Fig 6)
On the left of the machine, slide the gun hook A on the upper of
the handle and slide the gun hook B on the lower of the machine.
Slide the cable hook on the right of the machine.
Assembling high pressure hose (See Fig 7)
Remove the protection cap of the outlet firstly, and connect the
high pressure hose to the water outlet.
Imbedding t
he other hose head into the gun handle and it’s full
assembled when there is a “click”.
Gun connection assembly (See fig. 8)
Insert the connection spray lance into spray gun, and twist 1/4
turn. Insert the nozzle/turbo nozzle into spray lance.
To remove the nozzle/turbo nozzle, just pull the nozze sleeve (a)
and nozzle in the oppsite sirections.
Safety lock of the spray gun (See Fig 9)
The lock button is to prevent from spray gun being engaged
accidentally, like children.
When the button is o
n “Lock”, the spray gun will be locked. It is
not for releasing the holding hands when spraying.
Plastic sleeve of the spray gun (See Fig 10)
Pull forward before rotating. Rotate the rotary sleeve by 360
degrees to change the angle of the anything.
Soap bottle connection (see fig.11)
Insert the soap bottle into spray gun, and twist 1/4 turn.
Inlet filter connection (see fig. 12)
Install the inlet filter to the inlet of the machine and make
sure the connection is firm. (See Fig 24)
Then insert the 1/2 HPC connector into the water inlet
connector, you will hear a click, which means that the
installation is successful, otherwise it fails, and there will be
water leakage at this position.
Connect the other end of water inlet hose to water supply.
Inlet hose connection (see fig. 13)
1. Connecting water hose to inlet(1/2 HPC Connector), make
sure it is connected firmly. Do not turn on the machine at this
moment.
2. Turn on the tap, make sure the inlet water pressure keeps
between 0.01Mpa and 0.3Mpa.
3. Pull the trigger till all the air is pushed out of machine and
water flows from the gun. It means now pump is full of water.
Pressure brush assembly (see fig. 14)
Insert the connection spray lance into spray gun, and twist
1/4 turn. Insert the pressure brush into spray lance.
Big patio cleaner connection (see fig.15)
Put the patio connector (22-3) through the patio cleaner
head (22-1).
Screw the patio spray head (22-2) onto the patio connection.
Insert the patio lance (22-4) onto the connector.
Insert the lock pin into the hole on the connector to lock them
each other.
Insert the spray lance into spray gun, and twist 1/4 turn.
Insert the small pation lance into the spray lance.
OPERATION
Before operation, please make sure care about the following
aspect:
1. Empty air before use
2. The func_on of Safety valve: when the pressure of the pump
exceeds the Preset valve, returns the excess fluid.
3. Before staring any cleaning task it is important the area for
objects which could create a hazard. Remove objects
from the work area which could be tripped over, such as
toys or outdoor furniture. Ensure that all doors and
windows are closed tight.
