The on-demand activation using the ECO-button makes possi-
ble the maximum savings of gas and water.

Cleaning the Outer Case
Wipe down the outer case with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive
or caustic cleaning agents.
Appliance details
If you ever need to call Greenstar Customer Service it helps us a
great deal if you can provide precise details of your appliance.
The information is printed on the appliance identification plate/
sticker (see page 9, item 295).
Your installer will have completed the Benchmark “log-book”
giving details of the boiler together with name, address and regis-
tration number. Have the “log-book” to hand when calling a
Service Engineer.
