7. GAS VALVE
B
Isolate gas supply at boiler gas cock.
B
Pull out air inlet tube (A).
B
Undo top gas connection (B) to gas valve.
B
Undo bottom gas connection (C) to gas valve.
B
Undo two securing screws (D)on the underside of casing.
B
Pull valve up and forward out of boiler.
B
Disconnect electrical connections.
B
Replace valve with new seals and check for gas tightness.

8. SIPHON
To remove and replace the siphon:
B
Pull condensate pipe out of the adaptor.
B
Remove siphon from the boiler.
B
Fit the new siphon to the sump and ensure that condensate discharge
pipe is firmly connected to the outlet pipe work.

9. ACCESS TO BOILER CONTROL COMPONENTS

Remove 3 screws (A) and remove cover from control.
10. PCB FUSE
B
Remove fuse (B) from the PCB and replace.
B
There is a spare fuse clipped into the cover.

11. PCB REMOVAL
To gain access to the PCB:
B
Remove the five screws shown in the diagram below and remove the
PCB cover.

The valve will require setting, follow procedure “Setting
the air/gas ratio” in the Servicing and spares section.
