Coal fire is burned on side 

opposite the Radiant Burner, 

over the Coal Grates.

Note:

 Coal Grates are a 

consumable item—life 

will vary depending on 

oven temperature, hours of 

operation, fuel consumption, 

and proper use of the Coal 

Blower Fan (see below). It is 

expected grates will require 

replacement approximately 

every 4–6 months.
Replacement grates are 

available from the factory.
