Adjust the blade guide arm to 1/2" (15 mm) from fully open. Measure the distance from
the bottom of the blade guide mounting block to the bed rail. This measurement should
be 15" (376.5 mm) or slightly higher because the saw head is tilted up 1/16" (1.5 mm) on
the outside (

See Saw Head Tilt

). If the blade guide is closer to the bed rail or more than

1/16" higher with the arm open, adjust the outer rollers up or down to tilt the blade guide
arm vertically.
