Cracker Crumb Topping
INGREDIENTS
1 sleeve salted crackers, approximately 48
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
METHOD
1.
Place crackers into the bowl of food processor fitted with Processing
blade. Process until fine crumbs.
2.
Add the parsley and drizzle in the butter through feed tube while
pulsing 2 or 3 times so all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Breadcrumb Topping for
Casserole
Makes enough for 1 large casserole
INGREDIENTS
8 slices firm texture bread
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley
METHOD
1.
Place all the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor fitted with a
Processing blade.
2.
Process until all ingredients are combined evenly.
3.
Sprinkle over the top of a casserole, or store refrigerated in an airtight
container.
