Troubleshooting
‘E 01’ is displayed.
• Press the (keep warm) button. If ‘E 01’ is still displayed, refer to the Customer Care
information on wolfgourmet.com.
‘E 02’ or ‘E 03’ is displayed.
• Turn the knob clockwise or anti-clockwise. If ‘E 02’ or ‘E03’ is still displayed, refer to
the Customer Care information on wolfgourmet.com.
‘E 07’ is displayed.
• Press the
(start/stop) button. If ‘E 07’ is still displayed, refer to the Customer Care
information on wolfgourmet.com.
‘E 08’ is displayed.
• Press the (keep warm) and
(start/stop) buttons simultaneously and turn the
knob clockwise or anti-clockwise. If ‘E 08’ is still displayed, refer to the Customer
Care information on wolfgourmet.com.
‘FIL H2O’ is displayed.
• Lift the vessel from the base. Fill the vessel with at least 0.5L water and place the
vessel back on the base. Press the
(start/stop) button to begin heating.
NOTES:
• If water overflows from the vessel spout during heating, too much water was
added to the vessel. The MAX level is 1.5 litres.
• If the lid falls off of the vessel when pouring, the seal is not in place. Ensure the
lower seal is properly installed in the lid before each use.
