1. Lid with filter: The lid is used to keep dust and other contaminants out of the water.
The filter is used to filter limescale that may form in the water after boiling.
2. Removable seal: Holds the lid in place.
3. Vessel: Holds the water to be heated.
4. Base: Provides a stable platform and electrical connection to the body.
5. Control panel: Controls the functions of the kettle. See explanation of icons
and buttons below.
6. Mode selector bezel: Choice of (manual), 80°C (175°F), 82°C (180°F),
85°C (185°F) or 96°C (205°F).
7. Knob: Controls manual temperature or keep warm time.
8. Cable storage: The bottom of the base allows for the cable to be stored.

Wolf Gourmet logo – kettle is in standby mode. ALL
Indicates the set temperature, actual temperature
and the temperature scale.
C = Celsius; F = Fahrenheit

Indicates keep warm time in minutes.
When time is less than 10 minutes, the display
shows minutes and seconds.

Button/knob Function Mode
Press to start or stop the heating cycle. ALL
Press to start keep warm mode. ALL
Mode selector bezel – turn to select mode. ALL
Knob – in (manual) mode, turn knob
clockwise to increase temperature; turn
anti-clockwise to decrease temperature. (manual)
Knob – in (keep warm) mode, turn knob
clockwise to increase keep warm time, turn
anti-clockwise to decrease keep warm time. ALL
