AD-1 Defrost
Steaks and Chops
0,2–1,0 kg (100 g)
(See note below)
Place the food in a flan dish in the centre of the
turntable.
When the audible signal sounds, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield thin parts and warm
spots with aluminium foil.
After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for 10–15 min,
until thoroughly defrosted.
AD-2 Defrost
Meat Joint
0,6–2,0 kg (100 g)
(See note below)
Place the meat in a flan dish in the centre of the
turntable.
When the audible signal sounds, turn the food over.
Shield the defrosted parts with aluminium foil.
If audible signal sounds, turn the food over and shield
again.
After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil and stand for
15–30 min, until thoroughly defrosted.
AD-3 Defrost
Minced Meat
0,2–1,0 kg (100 g)
Flan dish
(See note below)
Place the block of minced meat in a flan dish in the
centre of the oven.
When the audible signal sounds, turn the food over.
Remove the defrosted parts if possible.
After defrosting, cover in aluminium foil and stand for
5–10 min, until thoroughly defrosted.
AD-4 Defrost
Chicken Legs
0,20–1,00 kg (50 g)
(See note below)
Place the food in a flan dish in the centre of the
turntable.
When the audible signal sounds, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield thin parts and warm
spots with aluminium foil.
After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil and stand
for 10–15 min, until thoroughly defrosted.
Important:
Chilled foods are cooked from 5 ˚C, frozen foods are cooked from -18 ˚C.
NOTES:
1. Steaks and Chops should be frozen in one layer.
2. Minced meat should be frozen in a thin shape.
3. After turning over, shield the defrosted portions with small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
4. Poultry should be processed immediatly after defrosting.
5. Gateaux topped and coated with cream are very sensitive to microwave energy. For the best result, if the cream begins to
soften rapidly, remove it from the oven immediately and stand for 10–30 minutes at room temperature.
