Preparations for the tightness test
Note:
Remove any protective adhesive film from the watch base
and/or glass. That could falsify the result.
Carefully lift the sensor up to the stop.
Place the watch on the three-point support of the support
table.
Make sure that the watch is in a horizontal position. Position
the watch strap so that the watch is lying firmly on the three-
point support. You may have to insert the watch support
provided.
If, for example, the watch is supported on the watch strap on
one side, a reliable test is no longer possible, because the
strap will be deformed in an unforeseen manner during the
measurement. If necessary, the watch strap must be removed.
Move the sensor down slowly, until it lies on the watch. The
sensor is blocked if you let go of the button.
