Selection of the operating mode and operating level
1. Constant speed mode
2. In this operating mode, the pump runs at a constant rotational speed over the entire
characteristic curve.
3. Constant pressure mode
4. In this type of adjustment, the pressure generated by the pump is kept at a constant level.
This type of adjustment is especially suitable for use in underfloor heating systems.
5. Proportional pressure mode
The pump is controlled by the proportional-pressure method.
The pump is controlled by the proportional pressure method. In this case, the pressure
generated by the pump is adapted to the changing flow rate. This operating mode is
especially useful when the pump is to be used as a circulation pump for heating.
6. AUTO Smartadapt function is it is particularly suitable for underfloor heating systems and
two-circuit heating systems.
In AUTO operating mode the pump capacity is automatically adjusted to the actual flow
rate required by the system.
The pump capacity changes gradually until the optimum capacity range is reached.
Start the pump at least one week in advance in the "AUTO Auto-adaptation" mode. The
heating system responds very slowly so that the optimal range of capacity does not adjust
optimally in minutes or hours, but the process may take more than one week.
The SMARTADAPT operating mode is suitable for approx. 80% of underfloor and two-pipe
heating systems.
