12- Scope of the warranty

If none of these platforms managed to solve your problem, please contact your retailer
(with your product and its charger).
For safety reasons, only our technical service is authorised to intervene on our
products, and we do not supply any spare parts.
The LOGICOM supplier warranty is valid for normal use of the product as defined in
the user manual for a period of 2 years for the product and 1 year for the battery.
This warranty does not cover damage from any cause other than the appliance.
Namely, the warranty does not apply if the appliance has been damaged as a result of
an impact or a fall, incorrect operation, connection that does not comply with the
instructions in the manual, the effect of lightning, mains overvoltage or insufficient
protection against heat, moisture or frost.
The warranty extends only to Metropolitan France.

The warranty does not cover the user manual.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product (battery, tyres,
wear of the deck, wear of the mudguard, wear of the plastic protection covers,
etc.)

The warranty does not cover any deterioration of the product due to misuse,
including but not limited to those caused by collision with objects or dropping.
