Reason:
When there are many noises for the Audio and the distortion is very serious, please check the
input signal level, if it is not lineate input, the signal level is not matching with the signal level of
IP Camera. And it results in the saturation distortion.
Solution:
please adopt the properate lineate input accord with the IP Camera.
10. How do I fix image distortion issues?
Solution:
Some graphics cards may not support the H.264 codec used by this IP camera. You may try
adjusting your DirectX Acceleration settings by using START > RUN > “dxdiag”
Ensure that DirectDraw, Direct3D, and AGP Texture Acceleration are ENABLED. If they are not and cannot
be started, your graphics card may not support the advanced video decoding.
