Maintenance

Pump

Only qualified maintenance personnel are to 
perform the following repairs.

Solution Pump Replacement

1.

Turn off all switches and unplug machine.

2.

Tilt machine back so bottom is exposed.

3.

Remove the 6 screws that fasten the frame to the 
solution tank. 

4.

Remove the solution hoses from the fittings on the 
pump.

5.

Reverse process to install.

Regulating Unloader

Only qualified maintenance personnel are to 
perform the following repairs.

Unloader Replacement

1.

Turn off all switches and unplug machine.

2.

Tilt machine back so bottom is exposed.

3.

Remove the 6 screws that fasten the frame to the 
solution tank. 

4.

Remove the solution hoses from the fittings on the 
pump.

5.

Remove the unloader.

6.

Reverse process to install.
