ETTING WATCH DOG OF CABLE MONITOR

 

This command defines time period of cable monitor:

There is a cable monitor which monitors the signal on the RS-232 line, if nothing appear 
on the cable for a certain duration, the monitor will turn on the clock automatically. This 
command sets the time of such period in minute. Parameter nn is a one or two ASCII 
decimal number. The period can be 1 to 99 minutes. Cable monitor can be disabled by 
setting nn to 0. The default value of nn is 0.

OAD USER LOGO AND SET DISPLAY MONITOR

 

This command carries a user defined logo that is to be displayed on screen:

This command loads user defined logo to the device. The bitmap bytes of the logo must 
follow the command, the number of bytes must 30 by 64 which fill the whole screen. 
User logo will be displayed automatically after the cable idle for a certain period, 
parameter nn specifies this period in minute. The period can be 1 to 99 minutes. Logo 
will not appear if nn is set to 0. The default value of nn is 0. 

If the time periods of display clock and display user logo are the same, clock will never 
be displayed.
