Operation

IMPORTANT

Prior to first operation or to calling for service, please read this section carefully. Operation of a commercial 

microwave differs from that of a conventional household microwave.
Place and remove items gently during the operation in order to avoid damage the ceramic board. 
After using, do not touch the ceramic board in order to avoid burns.
