Placethewarmeronasolid,levelsurface.
Usewithwetheatonly.
Add20oz.(0.6liters)ofwatertothekettlebeforeplacingthe
bainmarieinsertintothewarmer.
Neverover-fillwithwater.Usethewaterlinemarksatthebase
ofthekettle.Undernocircumstancesshouldthebainmarie
insertfloat,evenwhenempty.
Do Not
exceedmaxlevel.
Removeanyexcesswaterimmediately.
Turnthewarmeron.Theindicatorlightwillglow,
showingthttheunitison.
Adjustthetemperaturecontroldialtocorrectsetting:
Settings8-12aredesignedforinitialwarm-up
Normalcontrolsettingsrangefrom1-8
Oncethekettlehasreachedthedesiredtemperature,
adjustthetemperaturecontroldialtoalowersetting.Itis
recommendedthatthelowestpossiblesettingthatmaintains
food-safeservingtemperaturesbeused.
Alwayskeepthehingedlidattachedandclosedwhen
notserving.
