Starting

First press the button of the locking device and then the start switch.

Mechanical speed regulator (Fig. 6)

1. Change the speed only when the machine is switched off.
2. Turn the speed control knob to adjust the speed. 
3. If the switch does not move to the desired position, manually turn the stirring bar a few centi-

metres in the direction of rotation to move the gear until the switch can be turned further. 

Electronic speed regulator (Fig. 7)

The electronic speed regulator allows the speed of the stirring staff to be further adjusted during oper-
ation by simply turning it.

Stopping

Release the start switch; this will stop the machine.
