TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The following information is intended as an aid in determining if problem exists. Repair of
this equipment requires special skills,
knowledge, and equipment.

Cylinder extend only partially
• Oil level in pump is low

• Cylinder is sticking or binding
• Fill and bleed the system.
• Remedy overload condition.

Cylinder move slower than normal

Restricted hydraulic line or fitting
• Pump not working correctly

• Clean and replace if damaged.

Cylinder responds to pressurized
