This bread maker is made with a time search for both RAISING and BAKING. The
bread maker will give a signal five minutes before the completion of these two processes
to enable you to check the result and make adjustments if desired.
To lengthen the raising time, press CHOICE and the raising time will be lengthened by a further
10 minutes. If raising time is lengthened, the bread maker will give a new possibility to lengthen
the raising time by 20 minutes in total. If this is not done, the maker will continue to the next
stage.
To lengthen the baking time, press CRUST and the baking time will be lengthened by a further 10
minutes. If the baking time is lengthened, the bread maker will give a new possibility to lengthen
the baking time, and this can be lengthened by 20 minutes in total. If this is not done, the bread
maker will continue to the next stage.
34.
This bread maker is equipped with a ”Stay warm” function that automatically starts when the
baking time is over. The display "0:00" will continue to blink up to 60 minutes after baking is
completed and will keep the bread warm during this period. At the end of the 60 minutes, the
display will stop blinking, but "0:00" will continue to appear in the display window. The bread
may be removed any time during the "Stay warm" period. To turn off the “Stay warm”
function before the 60 minutes are out, simply press START/STOPP and keep pressed until it
signals. “0:00” will disappear and the display window will be blank. Remove the plug from
the socket when finished.
18.
This bread maker has a handy observation window so you can see the development of the
bread while it is mixing, kneading and baking. Steam will occasionally build up in the
window during the process. If so, you may lift the lid to look inside during the mixing
and kneading stages, but DO NOT OPEN THE LID DURING BAKING STAGE (c. the
last hour or so) as this may cause the bread to collapse.
Do not open the lid during the baking stage as it may cause the bread to collapse.
19.
To remove the bread container from the bread maker, use oven gloves when opening the lid
and take the bread container out by pulling towards the front and then straight up. Shake the
bread out onto a cooling rack. The bread container has a non-stick coating so that the bread
comes out easily. Do not use metal objects to remove the bread as this may damage the
coating. Do not use metal utensils to remove the bread from the container, slide a flat rubber
or plastic spatula along the sides of the container to loosen the bread. If the kneading blade
sticks to the base of the bread, use the edge of a plastic spoon or some other non-metallic
utensil to remove it. Do not use a knife or other sharp metal object as it will damage the non-
stick coating on the kneading blade.
Always check to see where the kneading blade is when you remove a baked bread. If it is still
in the bread, you might accidentally damage it when you slice the bread.
Place the bread upright on a cooling rack for 20-30 minutes before slicing it.
5.2 Programming the time delay.
Before you press START/STOPP, set the timer for precisely as long as you wish to wait before the
bread is ready.
