Measuring conditions:
·All heating and cooling periods are related to a
reference Pt100 probe, Ø 6 mm, stainless steel
sheath
·The reference sensor is located 5 mm above the
protective basket in the middle of the tank
·All heating and cooling periods do not include
stabilisation time
·The measurements were carried out at a room
temperature of approx. 23 °C with bath without
cover
