All gesisNRG system components may only be installed, commissioned and maintained by
qualified electricians.

Personnel who install, program, operate or maintain this device must have read and
understood these instructions.

The relevant standards, guidelines, regulations and provisions of the respective country
must be observed.

Protective measures and mechanisms must correspond to applicable regulations.
•
Damaged products may neither be installed nor operated.
•
In case of a defect, please return the component to Wieland Electric.
•
Never use components from third-party manufacturers. No guarantee shall be offered for
damage resulting from a combination with third-party components.
•
Please keep these instructions in a safe place for later reference.
CAUTION!
•
Use only blue system components for blue flat cables (DIMM).
•
Use only black system components for green and black flat cables (BASIC).
•
No hazardous interchangeability with systems based on IEC 60309, IEC 60320, IEC 60906
and with national connector and socket systems for home use.
•
Interchangeability between installation connector systems from different manufacturers is
not automatically prevented by compliance with EN 61535.
•
Compatibility with products from other manufacturers cannot be guaranteed.
•
Installation connectors do not replace national connector/socket systems for home use.
•
Unused connectors must be provided with closures in easily accessible areas.
WARNING
•
If the feed-in module is later shifted on the flat cable, then the contact openings in the
cable must be closed by cable patches!
•
Never install or remove while energized.

Scope of supply (pre-assembled)
The supplied components and cables may neither be changed nor modified.

Borehole dimensioning

Mounting
1.
Lay the flat cable in a suitable
cable routing system. Note the
laying direction for the outlet di-
rection of the connectors. Insert
the flat cable concisely into the
coded baseplate
(92.050.1553.1 for green/black
cable, 92.051.5553.0 for blue ca-
ble).
2.
Use the two mounting holes to
attach the optional baseplate to
the desired subsurface.
3.
Close the connecting module and
latch it with a clearly audible
click.
4.
Tighten all of the contact screws
consecutively (0.5 Nm).
5.
Close the cover and latch it with a
clearly audible click.
Caution:
The screws are not all correctly
tightened if the cover does not
completely close!
6.
Attach GST18i5 connector and latch it with a clearly audible click.

Removal
1.
Use a tool (screwdriver) to release
the connector interlock and re-
move the connector.
2.
Use a screwdriver to press the interlock lugs
in the direction of the arrow and open the
cover.
3.
Loosen the contact screws.
4.
Use a tool (screwdriver) to
unlatch the baseplate interlock
and to release the module from
the flat cable. Use cable patch to
seal openings in the insulation.
