5.2.2. Changing of the reducer inserts

Detach screwed in reducer inserts with provided allen key.
•
Screw in the required reducer inserts.
5.2.3. Vertical and horizontal mismatch compensation
Horizontal mismatch compensation
By turning the adjusting handle (1) the left table is shifted horizontally.
Vertical mismatch compensation
The right table may be swiveled vertically. For that purpose plug provided allen key size 8 into
the pan-head screw (2), slightly detach screw and swivel up or downwards. Afterwards tighten
pan-head screw again.
5.2.4. Adjustment of the heating element temperature
Once the heating element is switched on (6),
the heating plate is heated to the preset
nominal temperature. The temperature is each
adjusted at the adjusting knob (3) with a screw
driver; you can read the temperature from the
scale (4). When the control lamp starts blinking
(5), the temperature is reached and is
constantly maintained.
