MAINTENANCE
Warning: Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any adjustment, servicing
or maintenance.
1.Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight. They may vibrate loose over time.
2.Blowing dust and grit out of the wheel guards using compressed air is a necessary regular
maintenance procedure. Wear eye protection and dust mask when blowing.
3.Keep the outside of the grinder clean by brushing grinding dust and dirt away from all areas where
the dust tends to build up.
4.Wipe the guards and grinder with a soft damp cloth. A mild detergent can also be used. Never use
solvents or other harsh chemicals for cleaning the non-metallic parts of the tool.
5.Your power tool requires no additional lubrication.
6. Always store your power tool in a dry place.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. If your power tool will not operate, check the power at the mains plug, may be start capacitor is at
fault, replace start capacitor with a new one if fault
2. If your power tool vibrates, tighten mounted bolt if loose , or reinstalling grinding wheel and
grinding wheel.
3. If a fault can’t be rectified, return the power tool to an authorized dealer for repair.
