Description of device
Your hearing aid is used with an ear-set which consists of a tube
and earmold . The hearing aid uses a proprietary wireless technol-
ogy, WidexLink, to enable communication between the left and
the right hearing aids, as well as between the hearing aids and
the DEX accessories .
Your hearing aid may be provided with a listening program called
Zen . It makes musical tones (and sometimes a rushing noise)
in the background . These sounds are shaped according to your
hearing loss .
WARNING
This hearing aid is capable of producing a sound pressure level ex-
ceeding 132 dB SPL . There may be a risk of damaging your residual
hearing .
