are
designed
to
accommodate
“Loss”
Category
test
results
when
using
the
associated
online
hearing
test.
They
make
overall
sounds
louder
so
that
a
person
with
up
to
a
moderate
degree
of
hearing
loss
can
listen,
communicate,
and
participate
more
fully
in
daily
activities.
These
devices
are
pre
‐
programmed
to
provide
an
overall
boost
in
loudness
for
speech
ques
and
music
listening
and
will
amplify
soft
sounds
while
keeping
louder
sounds
less
altered.
These
devices
are
not
suitable
for
children
under
36
months
of
age.

these
devices
can
have

lifespan
of
up
to
six
