LIFT UP THE FILTER BASKET :
• The food inside the basket can be supervised when the lid is closed. To get the filter basket in
the upper position, move the handle from the bottom to the top. The click sound means it is
released.
• Place the food to be fryed into the basket.
MOVE BACK THE FILTER BASKET :
• Check that the temperature indicator is switched off.
• Close the lid of the fryer by pressing in the middle until you hear the release click sound.
• Pull the knob button of the handle towards you, then move back the handle in its seating.
SET THE TIMER :
• Turn the timer (11) to select the desired frying time (maximum 30 min).
• Once time is finished, a ring is audible.
• Caution: the timer indicates the end of cooking time but does not switch the fryer off.
DURING FRYING :
• You can supervise frying through the window.
FRYING END :
When food is fryed :
• Set the thermostat on “0”
• Move the handle to the horizontal position until you hear the release click sound.
• Open the lid immediately to avoid softening of food.
• Leave the food drain for a moment
• Remove the filter basket from the fryer.
• Put the fryed food in dish.
• Unplug the appliance.
• After having remove the filter basket, collect fat impurities and small pieces of food that may
remain with a perforated spoon.
• Let the appliance cool down (for 1 or 2 hours).

• The appliance is entirely dismantable and washable in dishwasher.
• When they are cooled down, clean the outside of the frying and the cord with a damp cloth
and dry them. Do not use abrasive or agressive cleaning materials.
• When you change the oil / fat, fully clean the pan, the filter basket and the lid.
• Open the lid of the filter compartment. Remove the anti-odour filter and wipe it with kitchen
paper.
