Drying Cycle Water Level Is Too High
If the machine detects drying cycle to
reach L1 water level sensor position,
the error is displayed.
1. Check if the condensate valve flow is too
high, if the inlet valve can turn OFF.
2. Check the pump and drains to ensure that
they are not blocked.
3. Check the connection between the drain
pump, water level switch and the CCU.
4. Check if the drain pump is working.
5. Check if the water level switch is working
properly.
6. Check the CCU.

Drying Heating Element Is Open
If the machine detects dryer heating
element is open, the error is displayed.
This error can only be viewed during
service mode.
1. Check the connection between the dryer
heating element, thermal protection switch
and the CCU.
2. Check the dryer heating element resistance.
3. Check the thermal protection switch
resistance.
4. Check the CCU.

Exhaust Fan Motor is Open
If it CCU detects an open fan motor
primary coil, the error is displayed.
This error can only be viewed during
service mode.
1. The connection between the exhaust fan
and the CCU.
2. Check the fan motor resistance.
3. Check CCU.

Too Much Foam Detected
The machine detects excessive amount
of foam during the washing cycle.
1. Users use too much detergent.
2. Check the drain pump and drain hose to
ensure they are that not blocked.
3. Check the connection between the drain
pump, water level switch and the CCU.
4. Check that the water level switch is working
properly.
5. Check the CCU.

only, make sure that the technicians who’ll be handling the machines are actually qualified to do the machine
repair.
